You can try to change the text using translation files of Form Maker plugin. If you have WordPress, you can modify the translation using POEdit software .

Look for the language file in /form-maker/languages/ directory of your website. You will need to download .po and .mo files from the folder, modify .po with POEdit and upload the new .po and .mo files back to the same folder, replacing the old versions.
