These are not valid email addresses

Every time I try to create a form and hit "save" or "apply" a window pops up and says "These are not valid email addresses"? I have tried multiple different emails addresses (all of them valid)and it still wont let me create a form. I have also un-installed the plug in and re installed it 3 times. I have also used 3 different browsers... What am I doing wrong? I bought the $29 Form Maker and its not working!
