When the Form Maker Pro plugin is Network Activated, no one is able to login at the site level including Network Admin. How I can correct this conflict?

I found a solution..... Network Activated caused the problem whereas when I activate the plug at the site level, there is no issue.

Yes, you need to deactivate the plugin in the Network and separately activate it in the websites.
