Dear Simon,

We do have a general explanation of publishing a form. Could you please check this documentation link?

It has step by step instructions, but in case you'd like me to copy them here, then please check them below:

To insert a form into a Page or a Post.
1. Press the button named Insert Form Maker in a post or a page you want to show the form.
2. Select a form from the list.
3. Save the page or the post.

Alternatively, you can publish Form Maker without the button on the toolbar. Add the shortcode [Form id="N"] to the pages and posts, where you want the form to appear.

Take a note, that N is the ID of the form. For the form with id=2, the shortcode must be [Form id="2"].

Great,
Yes i misinterpreted what the topic was about, this part i fully have understood and my forms are posted. I wanted to create a form that will repost itself as a comment in the page, but i understood that seems to be a wordpress limitation. I have all the submissions but i can not automatically post them into the page,.. only manually each time i get filled in form into submissions.

Dear Simon,

Looks like what you need, is to publish your Submissions rather than forms. That is also possible with Form Maker!

Please take a look at this link:

Instead of choosing Form Maker tab, when you click on Insert Form Maker button, please select Submissions tab. Then choose which fields to display, set the options as described in the documentation, and save your page.

Yes, thank you!!
This work exactly how i want it except that i would like to have sorting options,... how can i choose that?
For example i would to sort dates so that the latest submission is posted as last post first!

That is exactly how it is supposed to display by default, so there might be a problem on your end. Could you please give the link to your form and also to submissions page, where its data can be viewed?

Dear Agape,

This is the short code for the form:
[Form id="12" type="submission" startdate="" enddate="" submit_date="1" submitter_ip="0" username="0" useremail="0" form_fields="1" show="0,0,0,0,0,1,1,0,0,0"]
do you see here if that date sorting is not correct?
Or do you actually have some other tips on how it works? I don't want to share link in public and i would not like to share access to my server for any reasons.

Looks like the default view on frontend starts with the first submitter. However, Could you please send the transaction ID of your Form Maker purchase to [email protected]? We will send you a customized version with latest submission showing first.
