I've defined what content should be included to the user email and admin user but all that is displayed whether to the admin email , user email is what appears to be a UID that looks like this:

Any suggestions to get it to display the email content that was defined?
I also do not get a copy of the submission data from the form to the admin email address. It's basically a different string of characters

I get the below email in response to the submission instead of what I defined
