After trying out the free version of Form Maker I decided to pay for the full version. My email arrived and I downloaded the zip file it sent me to. I uninstalled the free version, and installed the new one (into Wordpress). It doesn't seem to recognise that I have the paid version now. It did look a little different and had 3 pre-installed forms, but when I create one it still won't let me create more than 5 fields. It says that is only available in the paid version. Any ideas how this can be fixed? Thanks

This problem occurs when the javascript files are loaded from cache.

First of all, please clear the browser cache and cookies.
If you are using a plugin for caching, clear the cache at least for WordPress Form Maker files.
