Hi, is there anyway that I can change the format of the date on the form?

We are in Australia but it is putting the date 03/24/2017 - it should read 24/03/2017

Also on the form I have a time input and it is not long enough for the AM/PM to be seen and I can't find where to extend the length - it doesn't have a "field size(px)" area, nor do I know how to add one.

Regarding the date format, could you please edit your date field and make sure dd/mm/yy is set to Date Format option? This should change the date value on the published form.

As for AM/PM dropdown, could you please add the following code to the theme of your form? Click Edit CSS button, scroll to the very bottom of the code and copy this styling at the end:

.am_pm_select {
    width: 50px !important;
}
