Form has been working fine until today. After completing the form customers are getting this error message "Error: file cannot be moved". Please advise. Thank you.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Do you know what devices did your customers use? In any case, could you please send us the link to your form page, and give temporary WordPress administrator access to your site?

We just submitted it twice, but did not get the "File cannot be moved" error. You must have received the submissions of our tests. Could you please let us know what browser do you use when you test it? We will check the form on the same environment.

Thank you I received your tests and appreciate your fast response.
When asking our clients what browsers and types of devices they're using there seems to be no consistency. The problem was occurring sporadically. They also followed the jpeg size limitations. I hope it was a temporary issue that has been resolved.

Another issue: I sent you an email with attachments of two screen shots related to another problem we're having with the "email actions".
I am also attaching them here.

We are glad to know the problem with Upload fields is not occurring anymore. Please notify us in case it shows up again.

As for the second problem, firstly please make sure your form has a field added from Text Input > Email field type.

But if this won't make any difference, means that this form was created with an older version of Form Maker plugin, where the setting to select a dynamic From Email value wasn't present. You need to recreate the form to have that option in this case.
