Today I have a Big problem,
I was just trying to check if all works well when, next to the Event in program, I will have to Export all Data Submission from "Form Maker" collected in my site!
Unfortunately something went wrong:

Data exported with "CSV file" doesn't show in the right way in Excel I also tryed to change in "UTF-8" and now the simbol "€" it's recognized but some other not...!!!

Another Big problem is that today I add a field in the "form" and I would like to hide it in the "front end" page, so, I went to "General Option" but the new field was not listed...? after save obviously! and some old field are still there



And just last thing, not big problem it's that I included to receive just the "link" of the file Uploaded from guest, but never receive it in the E-Mail and the "Image" ( not the link ) it's attach automatically, no harm done just curios...


some times I receive a screen shot via mail like this (image down) very helpfull but I don't realy know how send it to me??? is it the "Form Maker" ?

I am happy to inform you, that our development team has fixed the problems on your website! It was a simple fix, let me tell you what they have done.

Firstly, the issue with your form #23 was caused by %24% field in the 3rd page of the form. It was damaged and did not let the form to function properly. The team has removed this field, please add it if it is necessary.

Also, there was a word written instead of the email in form #18, it wouldn't work correctly that way. Our developers have fixed that as well. Could you please take a look?

Then I deleted your test submission and time again the same problem ... "Fields to hide in the frontend submissions" not show..

And as I mentioned in my last email, the problem is, that these options appear when there is at least one submission made. So please submit the form once with proper data, and you will be able to configure Fields to hide in the frontend submissions setting.
