Not sure I am phrasing that correctly, but after the consumer submits/sends, can the page be forwarded to a new page acknowledging/thanking for submitting, or is there a simply "information sent" like display?

This is surely possible with Form Maker. Please follow these steps to set it up.

1. Firstly open your form from WordPress admin dashboard, and go to Form Options page.
2. Navigate to Actions after submission tab, where you will find Page, Custom Text and URL options.
3. Choose one of these options and set up your confirmation message.

Page lets you select an already created page from your WordPress site. And URL allows you to add any link. User will be redirected there after hitting Submit. You can add the confirmation text as the content of the pages in both these cases.

Whereas Custom Text lets you simply add a message, which will display after submission, but the user will not be redirected. Hope these options are suitable solutions for you.
