Hi,
I purchased the Pro version together with the add-on bundle but the 2 addons that I first tried don't work (calculator/pdf)
When I install the add-ons they get visible in "form options", but I cannot enable them. When I put them to enable and save the form options they got disabled again when I look back.

Please help
