Hi Support,
Paging seems to be blocked or not working with Firefox and IE browsers. However, it's Ok with Google Chrome.
Please check this page in the above mentioned browsers.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Seems like there is a Javascript conflict occurring on these browsers. May we take a look at this problem as a temporary WordPress administrator of your website? Please send the login information using this form.

I am happy to inform you, that our development team has resolved the problem on your form. Could you please take a look from Firefox or IE? The team has added the following code to /form-maker/js/flie-uplaod.js file:

if ( isFirefox || isOpera ) {
   jQuery( this ).css({'left':'-800px'});
}
else if ( isIE ) {
   // Minimizes the text input part in IE
   jQuery( this ).css({'width':'0'}); 
}
