Hi,

How to insert a Conditional "custom HTML" content that appear in the form into email to admin or user,
or, how to insert one Conditional Hidden field in the email, i tried both ways but with no success!

Do you mean you'd like to add conditions for the email content, so that different content will be sent to different users, based on the selections they make on your form? If so, please note, that you can achieve this with Conditional Emails add-on of Form Maker.

I already have all conditions done, all the conditions i need are, show a "custom HTML" depending on a choice.
And what i need is to put those "custom HTML" in the content of the email.

For npw i dont need to send different content to diferent users!

Unfortunately Custom HTML fields cannot be included in email custom text. However, there is a workaround, that we can suggest you. Could you please write the same content in a Hidden Field instead of Custom HTML?

This way you can configure conditions and "hide" or "show" the hidden fields. If the hidden field is shown, it will not actually show up on the form, but it will be included in the email custom text.

i have already tried that workaround,
i insert the hidden field in the email ,body, i mark it to show, but he doesn't appear in the email!???

We checked your form and the hidden fields came through in the email properly. Could you please test the form again and send us the following information?

- Firstly please let us know which is the browser that you are using to submit the form.
- While you are filling out the form, screenshot the options you have chosen and send the captures to us.
- And lastly, forward the email of that submission, so we will see which hidden fields should be included in the email, but they aren't.

I am happy to inform you, that our development team has fixed the problem on conditional hidden fields. The problem was that the Names of hidden fields had space characters in them. Please just use plain text for this option, without special characters.
