This problem could be originated on your web hosting or Form Maker, and you can check that the following way.

Please install an SMTP plugin, for example WP SMTP and send a test mail from its Settings page to your email address. If the message is sent, then the issue is within Form Maker.

In that case please send us temporary WordPress administrator access using this form and we will take a look. Make sure to mention the link to this forum thread in your message.

But if the test mail will fail to be sent, then the problem is within your website hosting. Particularly, Sendmail is disabled there, so you will need to contact your hosting provider in this case.
