Please note, that Form Maker version on Demo is a bit older, these fields have been removed from Form Maker.

However, you can use Simple Text option with Validation (Regular Exp.). This lets you set various types of number fields and phone number formats with Common Regular Expressions. I am adding a screenshot below.

You're exactly right! And also, you can add your own regular expression, in case you have the need to proceed custom validations.
