HI I've installed Form Maker and when I test the form and click the submit button it does nothing other than scroll halfway up the form. There is nothing missing from the boxes and it doesn't indicate anywhere that there is an issue it just does nothing. www.transformleader.com.au/accelerator-lab/ - Please help as this is a client's site and I am on a deadline and really didn't need this hiccup.

I am having this same problem with another site. With the first site I fixed it by selecting the java script box in global settings but with this second site it doesn't work either way.
