I've a problem with the submissions done from users adding smilies in their posts (in free text fields).
The submission mail contains all the form contents, but the database content ends at the first smilie occurence.

I heard from a friend that this issue could be MySQL related as the submission table is generated with utf8_general_ci instead of utf8mb4_general_ci and therefore not able to store the entry correctly.

Do you have a solution for me? Can I just migrate the database? How to solve?

I thinking on expanding FormMaker also to other WordPress based webpages (and therefore considering extending my License), but I don't want to ask you for each single webpage for support.

We would love to share the custom code here, that's not a problem at all. It's just that our developers need to understand the issue first, that is why we need temporary access.

Could you please grant us admin access to one website where this happens? I'll ask them to prepare a custom package, as well as provide a log of all changes they make.
