Since buying this plugin i have had constant problems. Everytime I try to update some info or change a form it the plugin breaks in some way..

1. This morning I can't update the email my form submissions go to, when I click form options it tells me my email is invalid and lets me go no further.
2. The upload file feature works sometimes, then it doesn't, then it might let notifications through.. but more than anything it has stopped altogether working from mobile handsets.

I'm really tired of posting issues on this forum re your plugins.

Hi Jake!

We found the cause of this problem. Looks like it was just that Save Uploads setting in Form Options > General Options wasn't selected for your form. We have enabled it for #13 New Request form.

Could you please test again? Let me know in case there's anything else we can assist you with.

Thats not the fix.
I get "error file cannot be moved"
Try an upload from your phones camera...

You're correct, I just tested twice, looks like the form does not submit at all in case the camera is used for attachments. I have asked the development team to take a look. They will work on this and get back to us soon.

Still having ongoing problems with your plugin, now the paid support will not respond to my emails.
I've uninstalled the plugin to see if it would resolve and now it wont even install.

Probably the biggest piece of shit i've purchased. I'd like to know how to get my money back so I can purchase a working plugin from another provider.

We are sorry for the inconvenience Form Maker has caused you.

Our sales team has refunded your purchase for Google Drive Integration add-on. The reason we cannot refund Form Maker is that the problem with uploading after taking a picture with the camera is a system issue with mobile browsers.

Soo, your saying that your willing to offer a refund on a plugin that works totally fine (and that I didn't request) but when it comes to a plugin that doesn't work as sold you won't consider it? Backwards logic right there.. I look forward to your explanation to your email so I can post the response here. As much info I can give prospective customers into your service the better.

If you look around a few forum threads, you will find, that we are always more than happy to resolve problems which our customers face. Each problem in web environment is unique, since many applications are used on the same site.

So we look into every problem precisely and provide solutions. This we tried to do on your website as well, before you deleted all the entries. We found, that this issue is occurring because of mobile browsers, rather than Form Maker.

We tried to implement a workaround, which did not work. But we are still happy to continue investigating the issue.

We refunded Google Drive Integration, since it was not functioning in the beginning, despite that we did fix this problem.
