Right now the file upload only sends the file to my email. How do I get it to upload to my database? Then, how can I have the URL of the submitted video file, be sent to the individual who uploaded it?

Please note, that the submitted file is saved on your website files. If should be under the directory that's defined for Destination setting from your upload field. Edit the upload field to check the destination, and you will be able to the absolute URL of your video file from there.
