I tried editing the Footer.php text to remove the Theme Name and re-name it with site name. Since then the Footer doesn't show up.

Could you please help me ?

Unfortunately looks like you have switched to a different theme, since currently a Web-Dorado theme is not showcased on your website.

However, please undo your changes in footer.php and let us know which Web-Dorado theme you have. We will let you know where to modify the footer text.
