No mater what i try, contitional fields do not work...
everything works ok in preview, but on the page nothing works.

The two select box's below the first are supost to be hidden if the value of the first is not one of the corresponding option.

hide "Selecione a especialidade que pretende:" if any of the following match:
"Por favor escolha o serviço que pretende marca..." is not "Consulta Ótica"

hide "Escolha o exame que pretende:" if any of the following match:
"Por favor escolha o serviço que pretende marca..." is not "Consulta Audiologia"

This is the only plug-in that i payed for that simply doesn't work.
The last time i asked for help, the answer was something like "RTFM"...
Hope this time you can take the time to help, or should i just give up, review it was useless and find some one with more interest in it's clients?
