Hey! Is there a way to integrate paypal buttons (3 options for membership) so that once someone fills out the application, then they choose their level of membership, hit submit, the form comes to use and they are sent to paypal to complete their transaction? W

Thank you for posting your question!
Unfortunately this cannot be done with buttons, but you can add a Select Box or Radio button field from Payment Fields instead. Mention all 3 options for membership and add the field to your form.

When PayPal is enabled on Form Options > Payment Options tab, account email address is provided and Checkout Mode is set to Production, users will be sent to PayPal to complete the payment.
