is there a way to display data from a remote mysql db inmediatly after user types on one field?

im building a registration form, ther is a username field and other fields on it... i want to display full name, department and company after username is filled and then, let the user continue with registration.

is this possible?

Thank you for posting your request!

Unfortunately Form Maker does not have the mentioned functionality. You can, however, select options from database (local and remote), then display them in Single or Multiple Choice, as well as Select Box fields.

But if the users are logged in, you can autofill Name and Email by enabling Autofill with name/Autofill with email settings.
