Thank you for posting your question!
Please use the following CSS code to change the background color of your form:

.wdform_page {
    background-color: #939abb !important;
}

You need to add it to the theme of your form. Edit the form from the backend of your website and click on Edit CSS button to open the stylesheet. Scroll to the very bottom of the code and copy the CSS there.
