My client has noticed that when downloading the CSV file for submissions, there is no dialogue box to rename the file. At the moment the file name is automatically the form name with the date. Is there anything I can do to change this? I'm sure I could edit the code, if you could point me to the correct file and location?

Please note, that unfortunately Form Maker does not provide an option to rename the downloadable CSV file. But your client can rename this file after they already downloaded it to their computer. Hopefully they won't mind to use this method.
