It used to be when someone made a paypal payment via a form, I would receive Payment Information back from PayPal that I could view in the submissions.
Now, when I click on the question mark under Payment Info in Submissions, I get the message, "No Information Yet"

Any ideas?

Please be informed, that our developers found what's causing the problem regarding payment information. PayPal sends the requested data to this page: bnaitikvah.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=checkpaypal

But somehow this page is not working on your website. This is due to website configurations, do you recall enabling a plugin or changing an option on your website lately? The page was working properly until recently, when payment information stopped displaying.

Unfortunately, other than wordpress security upgrades, nothing has changed on that site recently. Any ideas what specifically might be causing that page to not work?

Hi Kim!

Please be informed that since a few months ago PayPal stopped sending Instant Payment notifications for sites with http protocol. It requires SSL (https). And these IPNs are required for Payment Information in Form Maker to work properly.

You can read more about these certificate changes within the following link:

Please contact your hosting provider and request an SSL certificate for your website. Once the protocol is changed to https, Payment Information will function as expected.

I've updated the site to https protocol and am still not receiving that information.

Please note, that PayPal doesn't fetch the payment information for submissions made before installing SSL certificate, unfortunately. Could you make another test payment, and check the information of it? It will be displayed properly.

These were payments made after the ssl. I also did one using a test form and the paypal sandbox and didn't receive info for that either (though I didn't get an error message which paypal said i would if the ssl was not properly established).

No the forms submitted yesterday after the changes still do not show anything in the Payment Information area.

Our developers have checked the issue again. Seems like PayPal doesn't send some parameters to Form Maker for its Payment Information feature. They made a few more changes, could you please test your forms again? Please let us know how it goes.
