Hello,
The addon gets as far as letting me enter the Auth key from drive (there is a new root folder in my drive for form maker).

But once I click authorize it then boots me back to the form Manager page and does now show storage or any of the author options in form options, but the yes option is active.

I use Google Suite Business.
