"Submit" and "Reset" buttons are disabled in back end.

Hi, all of a sudden the subscribe button doesn't work, comes up with message ""Submit" and "Reset" buttons are disabled in back end."... how can I fix this!? It is also affecting Form Options by not letting me edit anything, instead coming up with an "invalid email" message. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
Rama

Hello Rama!
Thank you for posting about this!
Please note, that the warning message regarding the buttons appears, because Submit and Reset are, in fact, disabled on WordPress admin dashboard. They will work properly after you publish your form on a page or post.
As for "This is not a valid email address" message, here's a quick video which demonstrates the steps for fixing this. Please let us know in case you will have trouble solving the problem.
Thanks! Have a great day!
Kind regards,
Agapi G.

Hi thanks for your reply!
The issue is that all of the buttons on all of my published Forms (on pages) do not work now, displaying the same message of having the buttons disabled in back end. The buttons were working fine one moment, and then just stopped. When I use the button on a page it simply redirects to a blank page.
In regards to the "invalid email," I can't change anything because I can't click on any buttons in the Form Options... it just comes up with that message... I can only click on the Cancel button. So frustrating as I am about to launch a program and just need this fixed!
Thanks again,
Rama

Hello Jennifer!
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Most probably there is a Javascript conflict with your website theme. Could you please give us temporary WordPress administrator access to your website? You can send the login information privately using
this form
.
Also make sure to indicate the link to this forum thread in your message. Our development team will take a look at the issue a soon as possible and figure out a solution.
But please note, that "Submit and reset buttons are disabled in the back end." alert is not the reason they are not working on the published form.
Thanks! Have a great weekend!
