Hello, we've found two submissions made in the same minute merged in one. We've been trying to replicate it and when we send two or more submissions at the same minute they are being merged as one submission.

What could we do to avoid this behaviour?

We are sorry for the inconvenience, this should not be happening on Form Maker. Could you please give us temporary access to WordPress dashboard as an Administrator? You can send the login information to us through this form .

Hello, I couldn't give you permissions because our security guidelines, but i've finally resolved it. It wasn't a problem of the plugin, but I'm putting the solution in case someone finds this issue.

We have installed the W3 total cache plugin, and it was caching the query for getting the max group_id of the submissions table. The solution is to add the 'formmaker_submits' term to the "Ignored query stems" field of the w3 total cache plugin configuration (Section "Database cache")

Indeed, cache plugins can conflict with forms, since they cache sessions. I will keep your notes in case other users face similar problems, and suggest them to add an exception for Form Maker tables.
