I created a multi-page form which worked until I added pages 3 and 4 (see safariclubpittsburgh.org/registration-fo...rgh-sci-2-day-event/ ) Now, I get an exception when the final submit button is clicked (error below). I can't even get into the forms options page now - it constantly pops up with "This is not a valid email address" and never shows me anything on the options page/tabs. There's a valid email address in the "from" field shown on the forms listing page. As a separate issue, mobile viewing does not work and when I added the code you had me previously add to a form, it turns it into a one page form instead of 4.

Mellisa the error that appears after hitting the submit button, comes from your back-end "This is not a valid email address" error.

Hi Melissa,

We used to think that users are writing those numbers accidentally.

But seems this issue occurs with many users, so that can be a bug, we just don't know in which case it appears. If you could write how you have created this form (maybe you have copied another form?) this will help us to understand the issue and find the bug if that exists.

Hello - I did copy the Registration (sample) form to create this one. However, I obviously changed it quite a bit. Hope that helps!
