I did my two new forms but the submit and reset buttons look dead. They don't actually do anything. Please help me

Same problem here!

For me the same when working in design mode.
Once included in a Wordpress page it work's. For testing purposes this is difficult.

How can FormMaker in ‘Preview’ also work flawlessly?

Turns out this is a bug in the last version of Form Maker, we will release an update very soon, which will fix this issue. Could you please download it and install after deactivating and deleting current version of the plugin?

In case this doesn't fix the issue, please go to Form Maker > Global Options and mark Use alternative version of JS code on front-end option as checked. Let us know if it works.

Firstly let me note, that the update of Form Maker is already available. So please go ahead and download it. As for your question, if you deactivate and delete current version, and then install newest, you will not lose your forms.

In that case could you please go to Form Maker > Global Options and select Use alternative version of JS code on front-end option? This will load a different script, which will run properly with your website theme.

Krzysiek, as for the online/offline payment, it cannot be done with two buttons, but there is a way to achieve this using Conditional Fields. When we have access to your form from WordPress dashboard, we will create a copy of it and set up an example of this for you.
