been trying to upload my pro version but could not. i often get this message "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini." can someone help me out? thanks

Please note, that this problem is occurring because the value of upload_max_size directive is not large enough to proceed the upload. But there's a workaround for this, please follow the steps described below:

1. Connect to your website server using an FTP client software, e.g. FileZilla.
2. Open the directory containing the files of your WordPress site and navigate to /wp-content/plugins folder.
3. Unzip the plugin installation folder and upload it to /wp-content/plugins directory, without modifying files.
4. Login to administrative panel of your WordPress site and go to Plugins page.
5. Find Form Maker and click Activate button.

I had this same problem. I followed you instructions and still do not see the Form maker listed in my Plugins to activate. Please help.

Did you make sure to upload the unzipped folder of Form Maker? Also, if you have more than one websites on your server, make sure you have added it to the site where you need to have it.
