Two questions (It's been 2 days since I submitted a ticket to Support and no reply, so am posting here):

1 - The dropdown selection box for the time field for AM/PM is too small and can't see the choice made.
I tried using CSS to make the box larger but it isn't working.

2 - Is it possible for the user of the form to indicate that he would like the address from an address field entered earlier in the form to be copied to another address field on the form? For example, if the form asks for mother's home address and then father's home address, would there be a way for the user to click something like 'Use mother's address for father's address' so as to save the user from typing the same address again?
