Hi, people have reported signing up to our organization on the site but there are no submissions in the database, and we've received one email.
Any ideas what is going on?

Can you please make sure that when entering Submission's section, you have selected a form from the above menu.

If you don't select any form you will not see any data.

Also please send us the link of your form page.

I want to make sure that Submit button is working.
