Maybe the question has already been posted, but does anybody know how I can install Form Maker on such a way that the subscriber can add new sets of fields by pressing on "+"?

Unfortunately the plugin does not yet have the functionality to add fields from frontend by clicking on a plus sign.

However, please make sure to add your suggestion to our Submit your idea page, so we'll know how many other users want the feature.

We might develop an add-on of Form Maker, in case the idea gets lots of votes. Here's the page link:
