When I create a form, there are no buttons.

I have paid for the premium version but have not received the zip so I am working in the free version. Urgently need to get the page up.

Did you get a confirmation email when you bought it? There is a link in there that looks like a confirm email link. That takes you to the download. Same thing happened to me .. I had to dig mine out of the trash, too. When you are building your form, there is an option on the left that says submit button. You have to add it manually to your form. Hope this helps!

Thanks! They sent me a download link. And my screen resolution was too high to see the submit option.
