Send submissions to defaults to my email instead..
Nicole Flores created the topic: Send submissions to defaults to my email instead..
In the form builder, I put my customer's email into the field labeled Email to send submissions to. It shows up in the Manager's list of forms, but it still emails it to my WP registered email.
I've cleared my cookies and re-saved / re-loaded my page. When I fill out a test form, it still emails it to me instead of my client.
??? Thank you!

Form Maker Pro for WordPress. I just purchased it a couple of days ago. I have changed the email address everywhere I can find - even in the WordPress admin panel and it is still sending the email to me.

Dear Nicole,
We have tested your form maker and an email has been sent to our address, though it was considered as spam.
Please make sure thst it's not being moved to spam or junk folder.

I doesn't go to spam, but it shouldn't come to me at all. I need it to go to my customer who I am developing this site for. I don't understand how it could have gone to you?
Am I missing something? When someone goes to knottypines.net and fills out the reservation form, an email should be sent to the owners of Knotty Pines. When I log out of WP completely, and fill out that form as though I am the public, the form responses still come to me. How do I make them go to the owners of Knotty Pines?

Dear Nicole,
Try to set the email something else. For example a gmail account, and see if anything changes.

??? Really?!
[email protected] IS a Gmail address. Forget it. I'll find a new form maker. $30 is a lot to spend on a program that cannot understand it's own user input.
