I am unable to see the form maker icon on the "edit page" in Wordpress. I have also tried to manually input the [Form id="13"] but the form will still not load. Any help would be much appreciated

Did you accidentally deactivate Form Maker from your website? Please check this from Plugins page of your website admin panel and activate the plugin if it is disabled.

Please let me know in case it is active, but you still cannot find the button.

I checked and it is still active on the plugin list. I am able to create and modify forms but cannot add them to any pages. Thanks for your help!

I'm having the same issue. There is no button and the short code doesn't work. Should I send temp login info?

Please be informed, that the issues occur because there Form Maker version is very old and incompatible with WordPress latest versions.

We can make your forms to appear on frontend, however the button issue cannot be resolved, unfortunately. But please note, that the button is actually there, only the image is not visible. You'll see that if you hover your mouse over the bar.

Please do send temporary admin access to [email protected], if you would like us to fix the problem of displaying forms. Make sure to mention the URL to this forum topic in your e-mail.
