I have created a new theme template, however it is not listed in the drop down list of themes in the General Options section.

I am also trying to change the height of the select and text fields for a form I created but am not having any luck.

Can you please assist?

The new form I created is called 'Get Care Now' (Form ID 15) and the theme I created is called Medical Concierge
