The song files we're attempting to have users upload is not being included in the email notifications. Specifically, the link to the uploaded file is not being sent, nor the attachment (not really expected).

I've attached a copy of our form settings for the upload file.

The email we receive has details for all fields except this one: no link, no attachment to the email.

The files are less than 15000 KB (which is the limit in the screenshot).

Could you please check if the files are being saved in Submissions area of your form? If yes, then we guess the e-mail server is blocking the attachments. In this case you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to drop the limitation.

Or if you use an e-mail client as Outlook, it also might not show the attached songs. Please check your e-mail with a web browser.

But in both cases we can add the attachment download link instead of the direct file, so you will always receive them. If you need us to do so, please contact us to [email protected] and give temporary admin access to your website. We will take a look and provide a solution to the issue as soon as possible.

Also indicate the full link of your forum post in the subject of your e-mail.

Hi, yes, the files are being uploaded and we can identify the filename from the Submissions page within the WordPress admin area for Form Maker.

It's just a hassle to login and email this link to the client for each form submission.
