I have set up a form on my website with the paypal checkbox and quantity.
I have individual items that each need a quantity.

Even when and item is not selected (checked) it still returns as though it is quantity 1.

First of all can you please turn PayPal on so as we can check your issue. Second, it should not pass the value of the checkbox to paypal if you have not checked it.

I have turned on paypal.
The email notification still returns unchecked items as 1.
If you do a test to yourself you will see what I meen.

I have tested your form in a few ways and it works perfectly.

Test Story 1 - I set quantity other than 1 (eg. 2,3,4) and it worked correctly.
Test Story 2 - I have checked neither item nor quantity and that part was empty, wasn't counted
Test story 3 - I have checked the item but kept number quantity field empty, it was counted 1 by default

This is logical, because if you choose to buy something, you should but at least 1 item. if you don't want to buy you don't need to check item section.

If I have missed something on this way please advise me how to test.

Yes the total is 0. Yet the email notification says "Quantity = 1" next to the unselected items

For the items that are not checked there is no quantity mentioned. Can you please check again?

Hi, I still need to resolve this issue.
Even when the products are not selected I still get a returned value of 1.
Attached screenshot shows the first product with quantity 2 input.
The second product I changed quantity to 0.
The 3rd product I checked (so just 1).

I did not select any of the other products and they still return as Quantity 1 in the email.
You can see how the totals are correct despite this.

The latest version of Form Maker is 2.8.33, but I am guessing your subscription has ended, so you did not receive an update.

Although I would recommend you to check My Products page of your Web-Dorado account, since maybe you just did not notice the new version.

But in case there is no available update, we will resolve the problem on your Form Maker version. Please give us temporary WordPress admin access to your website. You can send the information to [email protected].
