how do i fix it so it looks better on mobile

The thing is that you use old version of Form Maker. Please update your plugin to latest available version and recreate your form. Your problem will be resolved.

Hi, I have cleared the cache, updated the latest version of form-maker, and recreated the form. Yet the form still doesn't come up properly on mobile.

Are you sure you have recreated the form? Because this one's structure is based on HTML <table> tag, while the new versions have <div> tags. If you need help with recreating the form, please don't hesitate contacting us to [email protected]. We will help you out.

We've checked when the database connection issue was gone. The reason this form is not responsive is because you have added an image to Custom HTML field with static width. That is why the form is not responsive.
