Im looking since hours for an explanation why within the same WP-installation you get different views of the options menu.

How can you switch between the different views please????

The thing is that first screenshot refers to forms that had been created befor Form Maker major updates. Second one is appearing when you open forms created after that updates. As that update changed the structure of Form Maker and made old forms not compatible with new ones we set that different views of options in order to make old forms work.
In order to have view as in screenshot 2 you need to recreate old forms.
