The thumbnail for the first video in the playlist always pops up in the video area for 2 seconds prior to the video automatically starting. I'm using the free version with Wordpress but would like to purchase the premium version if this error has been fixed.

The support group fixed the problem after I allowed them to sign into my web site but did not tell me what the fix was. One of the previous updates mentions flushing your cache. You probable should do this before contacting them. Hope this helps.
