As posted by a lot of other users, I have the same problem with the pictures not showing anywhere on the site. I would like to purchase, but I am not really confident about it if I see that your response to this problem is everytime the same : "send us access to your site!"

If necessary I will do so, but as it seems to be a recurrent problem, why not answer once for all?

On the product detail page, the lightbox doesn't seem to work neither.

Can you please help me? (Maybe without accessing my backend?)
