not getting option to add a calender in page

I have installed the plugin in a demo wordpress site which is running in linux localhost. I have added the event under 3 calenders but when trying to add those calenders in 3 different pages, i am not getting option (i.e. icon) to add the respective calender to the page.

Please suggest where i am doing wrong.

Support replied the topic: not getting option to add a calender in page

Dear Subrata,

It is clear from screenshot that you use <text> view. Please switch it to "visual"
