I am so frustrated in finding solutions for problems with that component.
The answers to all that forum topics are most of the time the same...please send us your joomla admin details, we will solve the problem.
Thats not helpful to all the other users who have maybe the same problem.
I like your work and bought also the spider catalogue, but this is not customer friendly.
