sorry, maybe this is a small problem, but i have to ask!

I want to enable to users can add and edit the events. But if i choose "Manage Events" on front end, i got an "access denied " answer.

What should i have to change it?

I did the user rights , but something still wrong

Yes, the user groups are marked.
Maybe the error is in database? I checked yesterday, and all of record's userid is empty.

I filled with events on back end with administrator rights, few months ago.
