'this is not a valid email' problem

Crispin Ellis created the topic: 'this is not a valid email' problem

One of my clients is trying to complete my online symptoms questionnaire.
And 'this is not a valid email' message is coming up - even though I have deleted that question.
So when they fill in the form and press submit, the 'not a valid email' comes up?

Any reasons why, it does not happen to everyone who fills out the form?
