I am trying to install the PAID version on my website. I have followed all the instructions. Because I'm on a Mac, I have downloaded the file and created a zip file to upload, as instructed. And still it fails.
My Word Press site has just been updated.
What seems to be the problem?

I really need to have this working asap.
